Women’s City Club 75th Anniversary Jazz on the Rio

Sidecar Jazz Collective Big Band featuring Laredo’s own Joe Guerra will play for this fabulous event. Get ready for some straight-ahead swing style jazz selections including favorite Latin compositions in mambo, samba, and bossa-nova styles as well as other popular genres showcasing each member of the band. This event promises to be a spectacular one helping make our 75th Anniversary a memorable one.

32nd Annual Pennies for Tennis Campaign

This is a community fundraiser where students from LISD, UISD, and Private Schools participate to raise money within their campuses to provide shoes, eye exams and eyeglasses for students in need. WCC members have a street “Bucket Brigade” in October to help the community get involved and donate to this worthy cause.

Bowl-a-Thon 2024

This fun-filled event is an afternoon of friendly competition, laughter, and community engagement. We’ll have a 50/50 raffle as well as many door prizes you can win at this event!
